Erika BeshoreErika has devoted the last 13 years to training and supporting associations and nonprofits on fax and eMessaging solutions. Erika began her career in customer service when she joined TenFour, US in 1995 and became the Support Coordinator. TenFour, a Swedish owned company with offices around the world, introduced the first e-mail gateway that could automatically detect and reply with the correct conversion. In 1998 Erika joined a start-up company specializing in fax and e-messaging solutions for associations and nonprofits. In 2008, Erika joined HighRoad Solution, LLC.

When she’s not in the office, Erika spends time with family and friends. Her favorite guilty pleasures are playing Angry Birds and watching reality TV including Mob Wives and The Real Housewives series.
